Yes we do deliver all over the UK for free.

Regarding delivery times all beds varies please check the description on the bed and it should be found there. 

We accept all major credit/debit cards and all our payments are securely handled by stripe.

Yes you can cancel your order within 24hours, once that is up
you must wait to receive it then return it as usual. This does Not apple to bespoke orders.

Yep, all you need is a screwdriver.

The discount code HFS5 applies to all furniture. Please contact us regarding any other code given.

Please note we do not accept returns or cancellations on bespoke furniture. Please consider before ordering.

Please double check access into your room of choice. You are responsible for making sure that the measurements are right for your room.

Common problems include narrow door frames, awkward staircases, passenger lifts and any right angle turns once inside the property.

If you notice any product or packaging damage please record this on the drivers’ terminal

Where possible please call us whilst the driver is still there.

We will fix or replace any damaged item.

As you will have been aware of your delivery date, there will be a surcharge for your furniture to be re delivered.
