Returns Policy

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in its                 original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

          Please note:

  • You must notify us by email that you wish to return the product/s.
  • Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. (unless damaged during delivery)
  • We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy (excluding the original delivery charges).
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • Original delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
